  • Your ID
    Smart ID card: the front and the back with the barcode. Green ID book: the photo page.
  • Proof of address
    In your own name, dated in the last 3 months. A municipal, bank or cellphone account.
  • SAPS case number document if you have it
    Only if the papers or vehicle were stolen.
